1. How long have you been working with Perigord?
It has been nearly 3 years. I have seen so much growth in the company and many opportunities provided to employees.

2. What is your role at Perigord?
I started my career as a Senior Artwork Specialist and have been promoted to Continuous Improvement Specialist. 

3. How would you describe your role here in Perigord?
I am currently working as Continuous Improvement Specialist. I accepted this role for a new challenge. I always had an interest in finding ways to achieve quality without compromising productivity. I am very happy to be working in this role and want to help grow our business in the future. 

4. What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
As a Senior Artwork Specialist, I was always proud to work on challenging artwork and supporting my co-workers who also worked on more complex jobs in the team. Most recently I am proud of my promotion to Continuous Improvement Specialist.

5. Your top 3 favourite Podcasts/Books?
I do not read many books, however Hero or Zero and 2 Second Lean are my favourite books.

6. How do you relax after a hard day of work?
Playing with my kids for at least an hour every day.

7. What’s your favorite food? Do you have any favourite dishes that you enjoy cooking?
Hyderabad Biryani and I enjoy cooking Rasam.

8. Is there something which you have seen recently, that made you smile?
My nine-month old boy, saying my name. 

9. What’s the best way to start the day?
Having a good night’s sleep and, waking up and starting my day with positive thinking!

10. Do you have any interests or hobbies?
I like long drives, playing with my kids and, cooking with my daughter

11. What’s your favourite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?
I have many but, Game of Thrones is my all-time favourite TV show
