Perigord Dublin, Ireland

1. How long have you been working with Perigord?
I’ve been working with Perigord for nearly 5 years.

2. What is your role at Perigord, can you tell us about it?
I currently work as an IT Technician. I’m basically helping people to solve their IT issues. This can include configuring, setting up, troubleshooting on all computers and also any issues that arise with the servers, printers, mobile devices and anything else IT related.

3. What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?
It probably would be my current position. I always wanted to work in an IT department and finally I got my chance to start a professional career in it with Perigord.

4. Can you tell us a little about where you live? Did you grow up here?
I grew up in Poland, in a small city called Czerwionka-Leszczyny. 5 years ago, I moved to Ireland and currently I live in Castleknock. I have to say, that I love this country, especially all the beautiful places like Donegal.

5. Have you any staycations planned over the coming months?
I am going to Kerry today.

6. What’s one item you can’t leave your house or apartment without?
It would be my car keys. As I normally drive to a destination where I’d like to go for a walk. Sometimes I go a walk near my apartment, but usually I would go to Bray, Howth, Wicklow or one of the park, for example Phoenix Park.

7. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Travelling, spending time with friends or simply doing both. I also started a new pastime, which is amateur off-roading.

8. What’s one of your favourite memories from the past year?
I can’t forget whatever I’ve seen in county Donegal and Mayo. Incredible, outstanding views, cliffs, lovely beaches and very friendly people. These are places where I will be going back to – I’m sure about it.

9. What’s the first concert you ever went to?
I don’t even remember to be honest. It has to be one of the rap concerts in Poland. However, once I went to the Rugged Man concert, he’s an American rapper – that would be my favourite one.

10. What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
It definitely has to be Barcelona in Spain, for El Classico, which is a football match between Barcelona and Real Madrid. I am huge Barcelona’s supporter since 2004.

11. If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Oh that’s the hardest question… Beer, it has to be beer!
