1.How long have you been working with Perigord?

I have been working with Perigord since 2019.

2.What is your role at Perigord, can you tell us about it?

My role at Perigord is Information Security Officer. The role involves implementing and improving information security controls, performing security risk assessments, participation in RFPs for onboarding new customers, defending cyber-attacks and employee awareness, customer audit support, migrating, and reducing security breaches across the organisation. Perigord has supported me to in obtaining my ISACA certification as a ‘Certified Information Security Manager’.

3.What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?

I have significantly contributed and enhanced information security by leading , executing and implementing security best practices across the organisation and successfully obtained the ISO27001 Certificate for Perigord issued by BSI.

4.Have you any staycations planned over the coming months?

I have not yet planned, due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation. However, I spend lots of time with my 2 children and family 

5.What’s one item you can’t leave your house or apartment without? 

I’m a professional DJ player and passionate about music gigs, albums, remix etc. I practise a lot at home and performed at various events/stage shows last year.

6.What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

I mostly visit my family and friends during weekend, and work on personal tasks over the weekend.

7.What’s one of your favourite memories from the past year?

My favourite memories from the past year - I visited the USA and Dublin on business before Covid,I had an amazing time and I felt very welcome. 

Once again, thanks to Perigord HR for helping organise my trip to Dublin.

8.Do you have any hobbies or interests?

My hobbies are Djing, browsing for creative ideas, researching latest Security Threats, Hacking materials and Technologies 

9.Where do you live? Did you grow up here?

I live in Hyderabad. During my childhood, I have stayed at various places in India due to my father’s occupation as Civil Engineer in Government sector, he used to get transfers and so I went school in three different locations.
