Artwork Co-ordinator

Perigord Dublin, Ireland

1. How long have you been working with Perigord?
I’ve been working at Perigord for 3 years and 4 days, exactly.

2. What is your role at Perigord?
I am an Artwork Co-ordinator.

3. How would you describe your role here in Perigord?
As a Co-ordinator I'm a link between the client and Perigord. I'm constantly in direct contact with the client, to ensure all requirements are met and jobs are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.

4. Can you tell us a little about where you live? Did you grow up here?
I currently live in Finglas, Dublin 11, but I'm originally from Brazil. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro.

5. How do you relax after a hard day of work?
It varies because I'm always evolving, but lately to unwind I have a nice cup of tea and watch a few episodes of The Property Brothers (don't tell them but Jonathan is my favourite!)

6. Have you any staycations planned over the coming months?
Yes, definitely! I love working from home, but when I'm done working, its nice to be able to go somewhere and there's so much you can do during the weekend as well. In 2 hours you can be across the country on top of a cliff! Ireland is amazingly beautiful and I want to see more of it!

7. What’s your favourite food? Do you have any favourite dishes that you enjoy cooking?
I'm very open minded with food. There's about a hand full of ingredients that are not my favourites’, but anything with cheese, sugar and coconut wins my heart. Cooking is something I really enjoy and I love baking! This year due to the lockdown I was unable to celebrate my 30th birthday so I did an amazing birthday cake for myself and my husband. It took us a week to finish but It was really great.

8. Is there something which you have seen recently, that made you smile?
Yes! This morning one of my cousins found a box of old pictures of our childhoods and shared in our family WhatsApp group. It was so nice to see memories of myself, that I didn't even remember. I saw photos of my grandmother 25 years younger... it was heart warming.

9. What’s the best way to start the day?
Feeling your skin get warm from the rising sun, on a beach or close enough to hear the sound of the ocean, with a nice cup of hibiscus, lemon and cinnamon tea. On the weekends when you have nothing to do and there's no alarm set on your phone and you can just wake up after your body has finished regenerating from the night, again, with a nice cup of hibiscus, lemon and cinnamon tea!

10. Do you have any interests or hobbies?
Cooking is my all-time favourite hobby but Science and History fascinate me! I love reading and learning about things that I might never use in my life time, like how to run a hydroponic farm or learning to speak Latin.

11. What’s your favorite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?
The 100, The Property Brothers, The Big Bang Theory, and Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
