1. How long have you been working with Perigord?
I have been working with Perigord for five years.
2. What were your first impressions of the company?
My first impressions were that people were very welcoming and that the atmosphere was calm.
3. What is your role at Perigord and what does a typical day look like for you?
I am a Project Co-Ordinator/Project Manager. There is no typical day. I usually start by making sure that all artwork tasks are prioritised in production to ensure that we are meeting client’s deadlines/requirements.
I liaise with our customers to ensure that the artwork meets their specifications and upload the artwork on their systems. I also co-ordinate with the customers and the artwork team when any amendments need to be made.
4. What do you like most about your job?
I love that no day is really the same. My work is so varied. It can involve dealing directly with the customer, solving complex problems and ensuring any urgent requests for artworks are completed on time for our customers. I also love that we have many nationalities working in Perigord which brings a wide variety of culture to the workplace. I love how we all feel like a work family.

8. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?
Instagram, WhatsApp, Zen-planner
9. Your top 3 favourite Podcasts/Books?
Coffee, Pods and Wods. I did a podcast here a few weeks ago and spoke about everything in my life from my health journey, to managing as a single parent, to running and setting up Irish Cross-Fit Judges. Here’s the link to my podcast:
https://open.spotify.com/episode/1cabM2ZpVolEMqGquncDDf
The other two podcasts are Talking Elite Fitness and the Good Glow. They are very different podcasts, that discuss fitness and mental health, which are topics I am extremely passionate about.
10. Do you have any interests or hobbies?
My interests/hobbies include Cross-Fit and Yin Yoga, which take up a lot of my time. I train five days a week and I find it beneficial for both my mental and physical health.
11. What’s your favourite sport to watch and which team do you support?
My favourite sport is Cross-Fit, as I’m hugely involved in it here in Ireland. Cross-Fit is an individual sport rather than a team sport. Cross-Fit is a fitness routine which is designed to improve your overall physical abilities, including endurance, strength flexibility, speed, co-ordination, balance and more.
My favourite Irish Cross-Fit athletes are PD Savage and Emma McQuaid.
12. What’s your favourite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?
An oldie but a goodie... Friends!
