4. What is your proudest accomplishment?
My past involvement as a leader with the scouts in Ireland and helping children become aware and enjoy the outdoors.
5. COVID 19 has meant significant change to the way we live. What has been the biggest challenge for you during this pandemic?
Finding somewhere to hang my fleece/sweater while at home. The back of my chair is not acceptable it seems.
A shelf underneath the dining table which has not been found yet has solved this problem. (Dimensions on request).
6. What is the one thing you are most looking forward to once this pandemic has ended?
To visit my Mum who lives alone 200km away and is 79.
7. Is there something which you have seen recently, that made you smile?
Watching cygnets move under a swans wing to sleep on the edge of a lake near where I live.
8. Can you tell us a little about where you live? Did you grow up here?
I live in Naas, a town near Dublin, Ireland. I grew up in Cork which is the centre of Ireland, it’s capital city and near the sea.
9. What is your favourite type of food?
Thai.
10. Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without?
Coffee.
11. What was the last book you read?
Brief Answers to the Big Questions by Stephen Hawking. An optimist who persevered and believed behind every exceptional person was an exceptional teacher. A great read.
