1.How long have you been working with Perigord?
I've just had my 7th Year Anniversary
2.What is your role at Perigord, can you tell us about it?
Quality Inspector is my title. I work with a great bunch of people where I quality check all the artwork that is created by my team
3.What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?
Well I suppose since I started working in Perigord I've trained up quite a number of people both in our Dublin and Indian offices.
4.Can you tell us a little about where you live? Did you grow up here?
As the saying goes "Just a small town girl".
I grew up in Drogheda, County Louth Ireland, and I still live there but now my house is in County Meath (it's a parochial thing )
5.Have you had any staycations this year?
I've had a few over the last couple of month. County Donegal was my favourite, climbing Mount Errigal, the highest mountain in Donegal with my two girls.
But nothing planned in the near future as we can't leave our county at the moment.
6.What’s one item you can’t leave your house or apartment without?
Oh, I suppose my phone! I'm tracking all my steps on it and every step counts.
7.What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
I'm usually on the beach with my dog (I had two at the start of the year but sadly one died)
I live very close by town, & enjoy getting my hair blow dried, usually for going out with friends on Saturday evenings!
8.What’s one of your favourite memories from the past year?
Well what comes to mind is jumping off the pier into the cold Irish Sea, last week & loving the sheer exhilaration of it!
9.Do you have any hobbies or interests?
I suppose I would be referred to by my friends as a real gym goer, but mostly any type of classes that has music & people. I love Zumba, but sadly in last couple of months it’s just been Zumba in my living room
10.What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
Oh I do love travelling so much. I visited Vietnam earlier in the year, so next on the list are the Norweigan Fjords or Alaska, but I'll take anywhere when this is all over.
11.If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That's too funny as I've worked out that I've eaten tomatoes every day for the last hmmmmm…. years! But to answer your question it would have to be the old staple of bread & wine.
