1. When did you join Perigord and how have you seen the company evolve since joining?
Long time ago… The company has changed quite a lot. When I started, it was a traditional Graphic Repro House with approximately 50 people working here and the company name was “Litho Studios”. Now it’s a true Global company with approximately 400 people working for Pergiord and Operations Centres around the world. So, yes, I have seen the company evolve since joining.
2. Tell us about your current role at Perigord and how you came to be in it?
I am currently working as a BA for Perigord Data. I recently joined this role for a new challenge as I have always had an interest in our GLAMS software and developing systems. GLAMS is a Global leader in Artwork Management System and I am very happy to be working with a dynamic team and to help grow the business in the future.
3. Is there much travelling involved in your role? If so, what countries have you got to visit?
I have had a lot of travel in my various roles within Perigord over the years. I have been lucky to visit a lot of countries throughout Europe. I was based in the USA for nearly a year so I got to see a few states with customer visits and of course, I always like to visit my colleagues in Hyderabad.
4. What work-related accomplishment are you most proud of?
There have been a few over the years, but two stand out to me. Firstly, the time I spent in our USA office in CT. It was great to get the US Pharma Operations setup and work with team and USA Customers. Secondly, was working alongside our Asia Head of Operations to grow and develop the team in Hyderabad and transition work between our sites.
5. What advice would you give to anyone who has recently joined Perigord?
I would give the same advice that my father gave me…”Work hard and try your best to be a good employee for the company” and be helpful and respectful to everyone.

8. What’s your favourite sport to watch and which team do you support? Did you ever play this sport?
I follow Rugby nowadays. I have a season ticket for Leinster Rugby so I support them and try to get to as many matches as I can. I played soccer as a kid but haven’t played in over 20 years.
